Who processes the data
The site is operated, and the data controlled, by the company named in the Imprint above, Massive Corporation Kft.
For anything about your data, write to the e-mail address in the Imprint or use the contact form (topic: Something else). We have not appointed a data protection officer: the company’s size and the nature of the processing do not require one.
What we process, why, and for how long
Contact form data — name, e-mail, phone, topic, the project’s location and size, project ID and your message — so we can reply and quote. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest. We keep an enquiry until we have answered it and finished any work that follows; if no work follows, for at most one year.
Files attached to the form (typically drawings, models, photos), so we can judge the enquiry properly. Same legal basis. Files are deleted after 180 days by a scheduled job that runs monthly, not by hand. The download link lives exactly as long.
Bot filtering — the form uses Altcha, a cookie-free check: your browser solves a small computation, with no personal data involved.
Visit statistics, so we can see which pages help. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Measured without cookies and in a way that cannot identify you (Umami, self-hosted in the EU): no profiling, no cross-site tracking.
Server logs — the hosting and CDN provider (bunny.net) logs requests briefly for operation and security, with the IP address truncated so it cannot identify you.
No cookies — and what your browser does keep
This site uses no cookies, so there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. It loads nothing from third parties either — an automated check measures this before every release, and a failure stops it.
Your browser does remember three things, purely for your convenience, and they never leave your device: your theme (light/dark), your language (or that you have already seen the language suggestion), and the state of the knowledge-base sidebar.
Theme and language stay in the browser’s localStorage, the sidebar state in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). You can delete them in your browser’s settings at any time, and none of it can identify you.
Who can access it, and where to turn
The data is seen by the staff of Massive Corporation Kft. and by the three providers the site cannot run without: hosting, CDN and attachment storage (bunny.net, BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), e-mail delivery (Scaleway Transactional Email, Scaleway SAS, France), and the statistics server (Scaleway, Paris). All store data in the EU. We do not sell data or use it for marketing.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Write via the contact form or to the Imprint’s e-mail address — we answer within 30 days.
You can complain to the supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. You may also go to court.
Accessibility
We measure the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. Before every release an automated check runs on every page: accessibility (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA), contrast in both themes, keyboard access and focus, and the layout at five screen widths (320–1440 px). A manual visual review complements it.
Last checked: 2026-10-14 — 711 pages, no failures. Known non-conforming parts: none.
