We ran the complete project management of the fixtures and finishing package. The hardest task was the quantities: the interior design, the architecture and the kitchen technology each said something different. In the end, quantities verified from the BIM model became appendices to the main contract and the subcontracts.

Two subprojects belonged to it. A seven-person team, assembled in two weeks, took the sprinkler system from 2D to 3D — the difficulty was not the drawings but coordinating seven people precisely. We also documented the whole building with a 360-degree camera and linked the recordings to the drawings.
