What happens to the designs I upload?

We store uploaded files on European servers operated by bunny.net in Slovenia. They are normally retained for 90 days, and access is limited to colleagues working on the project. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement at any time.

If the enquiry becomes a contracted project, the documentation moves to the project’s own kDrive workspace. Our privacy notice explains what we publish, how long files are stored and who can access them, with a dedicated section for uploaded design documentation.
