What we do not take on

Fully monolithic reinforced concrete structures.

We design foundations, bracing cores and walls in concrete too — they are part of our own structures. But if the bulk of the building is monolithic RC, do not come to us.

Because it is not our discipline, and we do not like taking on work we are not best at. We will recommend a designer who does it every day — better for you and for us.

It is also our outlook: a good structure changes material where the other solution is more economic. When HRS is needed alongside LGS · What LGS is not good for.

  • hot-rolled steel — sheds, industrial buildings, rooftop additions,
  • light gauge steel (LGS) — our narrower speciality,
  • timber and mixed structures — glulam, timber-to-steel connections.

What we work in.

There is nothing we really refuse on principle. If you are unsure, ask — one phone call settles it.

There is one item on the list, and we say it at the start, not in the third month. Anyone who takes on everything is certainly not good at something.
