What happens when you write to us
Response time
Section titled “Response time”We do not promise a specific number of hours, and we write it that way deliberately: we are people too, and holidays and busy periods happen. What we can say from experience: we respond fast by the standards of the profession.
If it is urgent — construction is already running, or a decision has a deadline — say so in the message. We bring that forward.
The order
Section titled “The order”1. We look at what you sent
Section titled “1. We look at what you sent”This is what most determines how quickly we can answer properly. Send everything.
2. We establish which service is needed
Section titled “2. We establish which service is needed”We do not price until that is settled. The service first, the price after.
3. We give an order of magnitude
Section titled “3. We give an order of magnitude”We can give an order of magnitude at the first conversation if we know the floor area, the number of storeys and the spans. What you can estimate yourself.
4. Offer
Section titled “4. Offer”We give an exact price after reviewing the documentation.
What we will ask
Section titled “What we will ask”- Where the project stands, and whether there is a deadline.
- What exists: plot, drawings, permit, structural design.
- What structure you have in mind, and why.
- Who else is on the project: architect, services engineer, contractor.
Answer these in the message and you save a round.
The point
Section titled “The point”We do not promise a response time, but we do keep the order: the service first, the price after. If it is urgent, say so — that really does change the order.
